  • During normal business hours, please contact your local FBFC branch 
  • After business hours  please call (800) 554-8969

If you will be travelling out of the state or country with your debit card, please contact FBFC's eBanking department at (262) 569-9900 during regular business hours prior to your departure to let us know.  Due to increased fraudulent activity in Mexico, signature purchases made with your debit card in this region will not be allowed unless FBFC is previously notified.
